Responsible Gaming

You set the terms of your own gambling, and a few habits make those terms easier to keep. This page offers practical advice, explains what this site can and cannot do, and points you to independent help. Gambling is for adults only. The eighteen-and-over restriction appears throughout this site, including on the front page.

Practical Habits

  • Decide the amount before you start. A limit chosen with a clear head holds up better than one improvised mid-session.
  • Treat that amount as already spent. If you expect nothing back, a loss will not feel like a debt you need to recover.
  • Never chase a loss. Raising stakes to win money back usually deepens the hole, because each bet carries the same odds as the last.
  • Keep borrowed money out of it. Credit and loans turn a session's cost into repayments that outlast it.
  • Take breaks. Stepping away interrupts the momentum that makes time and money slip by unnoticed.
  • Involve someone else early. When it stops feeling like entertainment, telling a person you trust gives you an outside view before problems grow.

This site cannot help you stop directly. Deposit caps, loss caps, reality checks, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are arranged by you inside an account at the operator's site. This build has no account, no form and no server-side application, so nothing published here can switch one on, check one or enforce one. Nobody's age is verified here, and no gambling takes place on this site. Any check of that kind happens at the destination. No advertising or behavioural profiling network runs in these pages, so nothing here is targeted at a reader who has shown risky behaviour.

Independent Help

Every page of this site, including this one, carries links to five independent sources of help with gambling: BeGambleAware, Gamble Aware, Gambling Therapy, G GamCare Gambling Support: Starts Here, and NCPG. These are the only non-commercial outbound links on the site. Unlike the operator links, they carry no sponsored marking. They are set to nofollow and open in a separate tab on each organisation's own website. This site receives nothing when you follow them.
